Our Plant Guarantee
We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health. If not, we will happily send a replacement free of charge in the event that your plant arrives dead. Please note that only if a plant is out of stock, we will be able to offer a refund.
We take pride in the care of our plants as well as in the shipment of our plants. Please keep in mind plants don’t like drastic environment changes and some weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected during shipment. It may take a few days to weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home.
We advise to refrain from repotting your plant into a new container within the first few weeks.
If your plant or pot arrived damaged, please take a few photos and contact us using our Contact Form within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damaged item as well as the box.
Unfortunately, if it has passed the first 7 days since your plant has arrived we are unable to process a replacement. However, we would love to offer you our Free Plant Help service using our consultation contact form.
