Does COVID-19 impact my order?

We are working hard to still ship packages within 1-3 business days of the date of purchase. However, shipment times once packages have been picked up by the carrier have been unpredictable on occasion. We are doing our best to communicate any changes and provide regular updates as changes occur.

 

When will my order ship/arrive?

Plants are mailed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email used during checkout.

 

I'm glad you asked! Each plant comes with instructions on how to care and transplant it when you are ready. It's also listed below:

 

Transplant Instructions 

Supplies needed:

A planter with at least 1 drainage hole

Well draining soil (soil mix, growing medium, etc.)

Water

*pick a planter 1-2" bigger than your biodegradable grow pot

Step 1: Drench your bio pot thoroughly with water just before transplanting and let it drain for about 5 minutes

Step 2: Add enough soil to your planter to allow the top of the bio pot to sit about 1/4" underneath the rim of the planter

Step 3: Peel the bottom of the biodegradable off

Step 4: Place your bio pot in the center of the planter and fill the sides with soil and cover until your bio pot is no longer visible

Step 5: Gently press the soil down to minimize air pockets (gently as the soil may compact and not enough air and water will be able to flow freely)

Step 6: Water thoroughly and discard excess water within 5 minutes

 

 

Yes. We do our best to assure plants are packaged perfectly before being shipped but sometimes it can be out of our control. Shipment can be brutal. Please inspect your plant upon arrival. Any plant that has arrived with excessive damage will be replaced. Just send a photo of the plant with your order number to info@heybotany.com within the first 48 hours of receipt. We do not offer refunds on any plants.

Please keep your box as you will be asked to provide to pictures of the damaged plant and box.
