Does COVID-19 impact my order?

We are working hard to still ship packages within 1-4 business days of the date of purchase. However, shipment times once packages have been picked up by the carrier have been unpredictable on occasion. We are doing our best to communicate any changes and provide regular updates as changes occur.

 

When will my order ship/arrive?

Plants are mailed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email used during checkout.

 

 

Yes. We do our best to assure plants are packaged perfectly before being shipped but sometimes it can be out of our control. Shipment can be brutal. Please inspect your plant upon arrival. Any plant that has arrived with excessive damage will be replaced. Just send a photo of the plant with your order number to info@heybotany.com within the first 24 hours of receipt. We do not offer refunds on any plants.

Please keep your box as you will be asked to provide to pictures of the damaged plant and box.
